Hi, First, is the cellular data turned on? If cellular data is disabled, then you are not allowed to make changes to the status of items in that list If cellular data is enabled, and you're still not able to modify these settings, try going to the Maps item directly within Settings. That is, go to Settings, then Maps, then check if you're able to enable cellular data from this location. You should be able to do the same with the Podcasts within Settings itself.
