Hello, personally I do not recommend Apple TV. while it has some good parts, like out of the box accessibility, there are some bad parts too. In my experience of using Apple TV, both third and fourth generation, whilst there were lots of content available, the majority of them were not audio described, apart from what's available on Netflix and uk based BBC iPlayer. I also thought the paid subscription services from both uk based TV Player and Now TV were also a waste of money. As a result, I have now gone back to free to air television where most, but not all, programs feature audio description, and there is no cost other than an annual TV license which is required to watch and record live television as well as using BBC iPlayer, including downloading and streaming on demand content.
