Hi listers, I am trying to help my brother hard reset his iPhone X and we can't get how to reset it. I found an article on iDrop News but he tried doing it and he was unable to reset hhis phone. How long do we wait after each button press? I know the first step is to press and hold the side button then quickly release. How long does he have to hold the button in?
