Hi, Two things may be going on here: you may have “automatic voice switching” selected in the voice rotor to which you get by pressing vo+command+shift+up or down arrow. Also, in the VoiceOver utility, check your settings in the “speech” category in the Voice tab to see whether you have selected different voices for different feedback category. Flor instance, whether you have Alex selected for system voice, and let’s say Moira for text or atribute reading.
