Hi Anne, Yes, labelling of fields is often a problem, no matter which PDF app you're using. I use PDFPen Pro a fair amount, but I run into the same issues when the forms do not have their labels properly labelled. I guess it is similar to the frustrations we have with unlabelled elements in apps. Until developers and form creators take our needs into consideration, we're going to come up against barriers too often. Quite often the form creators use automated form creation like is found in Acrobat Pro and other high end PDF apps, then just leave it at that. They don't appear to take the extra effort required to make them truly accessible.
