Hi. If you're trying to adjust speech rate on the Mac, the command to adjust speech attributes has changed. Now in addition to pressing VO+Command, the shift key has to be added. So to change speech rate, press VO+Command+Shift+Right arrow to go to rate and then up and down arrows to adjust it. HTH.
