Doing an archive search shows that Greg Kearney originally posted

The problem is that the CUCAT site that hosts this project at:
http://www.cucat.org/projects/rfbd/
has for some time shown the following message:

Since the RFB&D project pages, the VoiceOver Getting Started
documents, and the Daisy books of the scriptures are all among the
documents affected by the outage, you'll either have to wait for Greg
to send you the files or else keep revisiting the main CUCAT page.
The second week in January is just about here. It will be good to get
access to the other Daisy reader (Olearia), and VoiceOver Getting
Started pages. There's a way to access old versions of these web
pages from the Internet Archive, but the latest available archived
version dates from July 2008:

Best to just wait for the new documents or the new pages.
