Good day, Mark: Thanks so much for understanding my issue and providing guidance. Both my husband and I were able to add aliases, and they are showing up in the pop-up choices for where we can choose to send our emails. However, we are not receiving emails. Our Sent folders tell us mail is going out, but they are either not received, or, in my husband’s case, they are coming ostensibly from his gmail account or not showing up at all. We are not receiving b bounced mail, but he did receive one message saying “This is not one of your From addresses”. I chose “add account” and “make this account available” in mail and filled out the fields. However, we cannot send or receive email from these addresses; they don’t appear, for all intents and purposes, to exist. My husband called Apple. They made him first remove his Sim card, dust it off, then reinsert it. They also had him sign out of the account and then sign back in. Nothing is working. At this point, he believes he needs to make a Genus Bar appointment; yet, we cannot help thinking there is something simple and ridiculously obvious that we are missing. If you have any ideas, they would be appreciated. Thanks so much. Christine
