I'm sorry but I can interpret this question in two ways. 1. How do I use the trackpad. 2. How do I interact with an item using the trackpad commander.
The first question gets a bit complex depending on what you are attempting to do. The second one I will answer. 1. Turn on Trackpad commander by hitting the vo key(s) while doing a two finger rotate clockwise on the trackpad. 2. use a two finger swipe right to interact with an item. To stop interacting with an item do a two finger swipe left.
