Hello all, Yesterday , I have distroyed my contactlist on my mac so no, the contactlist on all my devices is damaged because of the icloud synq. There is a backup made on my nas made by time-machine where the time-machine backups are saved on my nas.
With voiceover I can restore from a specific date my computer but it seems I can’t not restore a particular file/program when the backups disc is established true a wifi-connection. Instead of doing a whole restore of my mac , I would like to know if I can extract my contactlist out of a time-machine backup and import it on my system of today. I found something on the internet: opening the contacts app, from in the app go to time-machine and select there the date from where I want to import my contacts. Unfortunately, this seems not to work with voiceover. Any help is greatly appreciated.
