Was listening to some news casts out of florida earlier today, Some guy was kite surfing off the Miami beachs in the storm,
Another guy was wandering down the street with no shirt on and when asked what he was doing he said he was going to tie himself to a post for a science experiement and see out the storm that way, It was alright though he said he had safety measures in place.
