I think in this case, the question should be more like has anyone figgured out why you would want to play farmvill on facebook? Sorry, couldn't resist, but to answer your actual question, a few totally blind mac using friends haven't had that much luck with it; I always assumed that this wasn't possible - probably for the best really.
