Hi Jane, Apparently, some of the context menu options for iTunes that we have under VoiceOver don't show up when VoiceOver is not running, and these include "Download podcast episode" and "Download all episodes". Instead, sighted users navigate to a button to the right of the folder name to download all episodes, or to a button to the right of the episode name to download a specific episode. Maybe your Windows screen reader can access these buttons?
