Hi,

That's odd, as it just worked for me.

1.  Interact with the folder table and find the folder you wish to move from.
2.  Stop interacting with this table and navigate to the Notes table.
3.  Interact with it and navigate to the note you wish to move.
4.  Press VO-cmd-f5 to ensure that the mouse is at this location.
5.  Press VO-shift-cmd-space.  You should hear VO announce "Mouse down on".
6.  Stop interacting with the Notes table and navigate back over to the Folders 
table.
7.  Interact with it and navigate to the folder item where you wish to drop it.
8.  Press VO-cmd-f5 to make sure that the mouse is at the same location.  When 
you do this, VO should re-announce the item at that location.
9.  Press VO-shift-cmd-space to drop the note.

The specific note should move from one folder to another.  Note that I don't 
have QuickNav enabled and that I normally have all cursors following each other.
