Hi David, I think you've gotten to the same point of stuck that I have have with work.
We use a similar sounding product to this you speak of and again VO wont speak through the citrix Remote connection and from what I have been told by the techs Jaws wont speak through the remote session either.. And as I'm the only one in my work place that uses vo I'm kind of limited. We did try getting gjaws up and running but it didn't work when it came to the authorisation key from a USB. >From what I've found with our citrix xennapps system it's a failure for >accessibility for screen reader users. But if I do find anything I will let you know. The company requires Citrix to access the information drives. To be specific, the computers are set to automatically connect into a secure website. This site then displays username and password fields for log in. The system then uses Citrix Receiver to access the user's virtual desktop. I installed Citrix Receiver onto an iPhone and an iPad. Once the system accesses through Citrix, the interface becomes inaccessible. I then installed Citrix Receiver onto my 2011 MacBook Air. Again, Citrix Receiver worked, and again, the resulting screen is not accessible. Does anyone know of an app for iOS or Mac which will give VoiceOver access to the Citrix Receiver web remote interface desktop?
