Hello simon and all:

I forgot to mention that, the most astonishing thing for me is that, I
let my wife use the Teamviewer to see the Plantronics hub Interface,
she clicked on settings, and clicked on Language, she didn't find any
thing to choose the language from,,
can you tell me the steps?

What I did is that I opened the pt hub on widnows, I press on
settings, then language or general or any thing that I need, but
nothing after that to change.
so, tell me, what am missing.
