First, did you go to your Apple ID account and update your billing information there? That’s where you need to do this. Make very certain your Apple Account has this new credit card and furthmore, make sure you actually have activated the card before updating it with Aple. Make sure that, if you have other payment options, the card you actually want to use is the one checked.
