Hi, It's relatively easy on the Mac. Go into the Contacts app, up to the File menu and select "New Group". Give the Group a name then go back to the All Contacts list. You can copy and paste contacts from that list into the Group. Once you've populated the group, you can now just enter the first few letters of the group name in the Mail address field, and you're good to go.
