Hello Everyone, I am cross-posting this to both the V iPhone and Mac Visionaries mailing list.
Recently, Twitter introduced a new Explore feature in its iOS mobile app. In short, the new Explore feature encompasses Twitter Moments, allowing one to easily track trending topics, search patterns, etc. Succinctly put, Twitter Moments has been folded into the new Explore feature. In the latest version of Twitter Mobile for iOS, when VoiceOver is not enabled, the Moments tab, located near the bottom of the display, has been replaced by the Explore tab. Activating this tab causes trending topics, popular searches, Moments, etc to be displayed. It's really quite exciting. However, when VoiceOver is enabled, the display reverts back to the classic Moments display leaving out all of this wonderful new information. Please join me in requesting that the Explore feature be made VoiceOver accessible. The following is a short request that you are free to use in your feedback to Twitter: [REQUEST] Subject: Please Make The New Twitter Mobile for iOS Explore Feature VoiceOver Accessible Hello, In the latest version of Twitter Mobile for iOS, the new Explore feature cannot be accessed When VoiceOver, Apple's software screen reading solutions for the blind and low vision, is enabled. When VoiceOver is enabled, only the Moments tab, located near the bottom of the display, is available. The new Explore feature is an extremely powerful tool that should be accessible to everyone, including those of us who are visually impaired. Thank you for considering my Request, [END REQUEST] Post your request in the App Store as a review, send a tweet to both @support and @Twitter, and send your request to Twitter via email at supp...@twitter.com.
