Have you turned bridge mode on on the bell modem?? We have Bell here as well, and I had to go in and turn off the router functions of the bell router/modem, then let my airport extreme act as the router. After I did that, no more problems.. Basically, now all we need the Bell box for is to provide internet service, not act as a router..
