Hello tim, Many thanks for your reply. you say the following for the account information for the iCloud mail box in the mail preferences accounts tab.... 1. Make sure "Enable this Account" is checked. 2. In the Status area, does it read On-Line and Available? 3. Under the eMail pop-up, does it have all your aliases listed?
I am not clear on what you mean by the status area. Using VoiceOver how do I access the status area? When you mention the Email pop up do you mean the alias pop up? If so this pop up does indeed show all 2 of my aliases. I tried turning off Email in iCloud preferences under system preferences and then re-enabling it. that did not help. Best regards….
