I second and third that, I also use virtual box on a daily basis and it is getting better for accessibility when setting up a VM in it on your mac,
I’ve just had to do this for a windows 10 and windows 7 machines on an el capitan OS installation I’m yet to try setting up a vm on a Sierra machine.
