Being a beginner Mac user these questions have probably been asked a hundred times before so bare with me.
Can someone tell me how you can go about editing a file name? In windows you can just pres the f2 key and you can then edit the name but that doesn't work in Snow Leopard. Now for someone who is using VLC, can you tell me how to go about changing the short cut keys? I can get into the table where all the short cut keys are listed, arrow down to the one that I want to change, press tab to where you put the short cut key you want but then I am stuck. How do you go about adding the key? I tried just pressing the key combination I want but it didn't get added. Lastly for now, does Ichat work with MSN messenger? All the people who I chat with use Windows messenger. Thanks very much for all the help this list provides.
