Hello All,

Apologies, I thought I had replied to the list that I had solved the issue. By
2 forced resets and I was able to start VO by doing a triple clip of the home
button. I knew the volume was okay as it was chattering which I assumed it
meant that the backup had completed. But it just seemed like it had froze. It
was very stressful.

Thanks to all those who offered suggestions.

Gena
