Hello All:

I have several skype accounts and today when I signed out of one and attempted
to sign into another of my accounts the app wouldn't let me sign in. I enter
the password and hit the sign in button but instead of opening the account it
goes to a page where it is asking for date of birth, location etc, as if it
thinks I want to open a new account. I have tried to sign in on two different
accounts and get the same behavior each time. So I tried reinstalling skype to
see if that helped but there was no change. The accounts are intact as I can
sign in and out of them with no trouble on my computer.

Has anyone else had this happen and if so, how did you fix it?

As always, thank you in advance for any ideas or suggestions,
