Hi, VoiceOver can't read anything WIndows related, that's what you really need to remember. If you used Easy Install which you most likely did, you shouldn't encounter any problems. Those buttons you refer to are those on the toolbar. It can sometimes take longer to install for some people, but I suppose you could get someone to take a look if you're worried or impatient. Take a nap.
