Hello all my Friends:

I'm using pro tools on mac, but I need an easier app to use it in my
studio, just to record 1 track for a narrater or speaker that record
some novels etc.
I looked at sound forge on mac, and I listend to a very very great
podcast, it sounds great, but my only problem is the effects, I need
to do what I always do, I can incert an effect just for recording and
for the speaker to listen to himself, and I can remove this effect
while editing and so on, or may change it completely, because in pro
tools or sonar, the effect has seprat channel.
so my main concern now is a good program that can produce commercial
product, very good in accessibility with Voice over, specially in
editing and reading the beek meter, also, can seprat the effect on
the channel
what is the best, Audacity or Amadeus Pro? or you have another choice?

Thanks and sorry for m,y long post.
