Well, I'm not real big on TV so I'm kind'a sketchy on the details, but the tivo 
has/had a fully accessible web interface.  Some of the pinacle systems cards 
for mac come with accessible tv tuning and recording software.  Try 
macvisionaries@googlegroups.com or accessibil...@apple.com for more info.
