Hi guys, I am working with a student who has both apple music and iTunes Match. Something is not syncing properly because they only have certain songs on their phone and we cant figure out what is going on. We have tried turning off and on iCloud music library, but that doesn't seem to fix it. Can we get some help here? Thank you.
