Hi,

 I find that interesting

I've been listening to an audio book today and including going back a couple of
hours in the book due to falling asleep while reading / listening, to it, the
book has been playing now for 8 or so hours on one charge,

It was on ac power over night but hasn't needed charging all day.

I'd get it looked at to make sure it's ok,

Mmy iPod 5th gen is over a year old and works great

Hope you get it sorted

Subject: Battery draining quicly on ipod touch latest generation

Hi Listers,

I have a new ipod touch - the latest one - but I'm somewhat puzzled if not
disappointed, that the battery doesn't last on it as long as it is promised in
the advert on Apple's website. I haven't been using it very much and yet the
battery drains quite quickly. In the last 24 hours i would have used it for
about 3 hours and it's already down to 20% only. Is this normal? Just wanted
to know what your experiences with batter life are, any tips and tricks? I've
switched off "background app refresh", and enabled "reduced motion" both of
which are supposed to improve battery life. I've also switched of mail
fetching so that I do it only manually.

Andrew
