Hi all, Please email me off list if you have an answer to the following questions. I have a client who is a braille note apex user and we are trying to get her Everest braille embosser to work with her braille note. Unfortunately it will work some of the time and then start brailling a bunch of gibberish. If you know if the braille note actually works well with The Everest and the settings that I should need to check please let me know. If you could tell me why does braille correctly and then go to writing in gibberish that would be even more helpful. Thanks for your help.
