Hi Brandt. I wouldn't worry about Radium no longer being developed. If it still works for you, just use it until it doesn't which doesn't seem unlikely that it won't if they're still keeping their database active. You know what they say, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I love Radium because I'm a Sirius XM subscriber and I've heard that their website isn't accessible for streaming and I'm not too crazy about the 90 minute BS that the native app has when you don't use your phone. At least when I'm out and about or listening to an away game of an NBA team, I know I can listen to it without interruptions.
