That's a really good point.  I almost wondered if it was my slow processor, 
being I only got a Power Mac G4 Quick Silver 600MHZ, but who knows.  Mine 
doesn't do it so much in Safari, as much as in ITunes, however, I got a 
horrendously! huge library.  Try about 59 thousand songs!  Plus probably 
another 29000 on another drive across my network on a shared library.  So 
close to 80 thousand tracks all total.
