Saqib,First if you have not done so, go into Bluetooth preferences and select the option to put it in menu extras. Then its easy to access your Bluetooth devices.
In the past what used to work reliably for me was to turn the Bluetooth device on first then boot the Mac. Try that.

Hi. I keep on having to go in to my settings to pair my Bluetooth speaker with my Mac Mini and I thought it was suppose to pair automatically when both devices are turned on? I keep on having to manually select the speaker in sound settings for output devices. I’ve gone back to using my 3.m wire as it has become rather tedious going through the manual process of connecting via Bluetooth for everytime I turn on my Mac in the morning.
