Hello Everyone,

The 7-Eleven Mobile app now offers quite a few discounts on purchases when
one joins 7 Rewards, which is a free rewards program. I also like the app
because, as is the case with more and more apps, it is compatible with Apple
Wallet; this means that you can create a Wallet pass so that, in order to
get the rewards, you only need to open the iOS native Wallet app and have
the cashier scan the 7-Eleven barcode.

Unfortunately, at present, the app is not VoiceOver-friendly.

This is why I am asking that you join me in requesting that the iOS 7-Eleven
Mobile app be made VoiceOver accessible.

I have already written a review/bug report/Accessibility request, located
below my signature, which you may use in its entirety or modified as you
wish.

I suggest that you submit your request as a review in the Apple App Store
along with the following channels:

1.
As a direct message via Twitter using @7Eleven

2.
By Calling their 24-hour customer support telephone line at: 800-255-0711.

3.
By completing their customer feedback form at:
http://survey.medallia.com/?711-gr

4.
>From within the app, itself, via its Feedback tool which, at present, is not
VoiceOver-friendly.

Thank you all for your support.

Mark

Subject: A Request That the 7-Eleven iOS App Be Made Accessible to the
Visually Impaired

Hello,

I fervently request that the iOS 7-Eleven app be made accessible to those of
us who are visually impaired, via VoiceOver, Apple's software screen reading
solution for the blind and low vision.

Currently, it is not even possible for a VoiceOver user to successfully
complete the app's sign-up process. Also, the various buttons and menu
items are not VoiceOver-labeled properly.

As so many of us patronize 7-Eleven's, daily, making this app accessible
would greatly enhance our purchasing experience, just as it does for our
sighted counterparts.

On behalf of those of us who are visually challenged, thank you for
considering my request.
[END REQUEST]
