You’re forgetting one key thing though, T-Mobile floats a lot of stock out 
there and issued blocks recently to raise money for expansion and spectrum.

VZ has a tremendous amount of cash flow but a tremendous amount of debt.  
Remember they had to buy their way out of Votophone.  You’re right though, it 
does help.  You should have seen our lab called building 51 (E.T. should like 
that reference).  We had a whole replication of the VZ network in miniature in 
our building.

I’m not sure if the regulators will allow it but it would be nice for T-Mo to 
buy Sprint and fix that network or at least put that spectrum to better use.  
Unfortunately the dish network burger would probably be more easy to make 
happen, I hope it does not.
