hi, you will get better as time goes along. But it will never be as fast as
typing on a keyboard on a phone or a Bluetooth keyboard or such. But this
being said I think if you have just the disability of being blind you will
find that you will get efficient at it in a couple of weeks and real good at
it in a month. Just my thoughts. I don't think you would be sorry about
getting it.
