Hi Elayneh! How are you? So you just need to connect your phone,dn it will open
iTunes automatically if you have it se t that way. So when you hav eit
connected to the mac, just do Vo right arrow or left arrow tonavigate to where
it says the name of you riPhne. the name of your iPhone it iwill be pop up
button, which you need to do Vo space bar and it wil open the options fo ryou,
Aftr you do vo space bar, you ned to find something that says Scroll area. You
need to interact with it, by doing vO shift down arrow, adn you wil find option
sof you riPhone, nd i twill say all yoru iPhne summary, hen i will give you
options to back up adn so on. You will find back button, yyou just need to
double tap on it to back up your iphone. However, before you double tap on it,
make sure you selecte the option to back up to the computer instead o of iCloud
k? Once you have you have check, then yu can double tap on back up. There is
two ways to back up. You can do an incripted uback up whre you ned to put a
password, or you cando a manual back up and so on. I recommen dyou the manual
bsck up since the incripted back up, you ned to create a password, dn you can
forget it. Hope hit shelps some@ I fyou need more help with this let us know! I
look forward in hearing from you soon. Thanks and God bless!
