ok, with Mail on the IPod Touch or IPhone: 1. when I double tap mailboxes, then double tap inbox, I see the list of my messages. If I single tap on an item in the list, I cannot find any way to delete the message, as the delete button is grayed out.
2. I cannot find a way either to reply or forward to an e-mail. From the home screen, can someone step me, please through the process in a numerical step by step direction, such as: 1. Double tap Mail from the home screen 2. double tap on mailboxes 3. Double tap inbox, etc. I'm perplexed that I am not seeing the reply, forward, nor delete options anywhere. further more, after hovering over a message, I'm shocked that the delete button is grayed and I cannot thus double tap to select it. there is not even a delete switch that I can double tap on first before hitting delete that I can see.
