Hi Donna, are use Google voice daily. For helping out group members on these list like this one occasionally. The quality, is not bad at all. Even coming through my ear pods of my iPhone. I'm able to understand my customers that I work with daily. Occasionally, you will get that sound of hitting numbers but it is not very often. It even sounds good over my land line if you have one of those. And if you were planning on using it to your Mac, the web interface is great. I am able to make,/Return calls from D website itself its works pretty well.
