Hello, I tried doing what you suggested below and nothing helped so i interacted with the scroll area and found that the track seemed to be collapsed, there was a disclosure triangle that was collapsed so i expanded that by clicking on the triangle and i could then use keys to play, rewind etc. Placing markers, selecting and operating on the selecction is still random though. /Krister
