The video driver is the problem. Fusion’s driver is windows 10 ready but is misidentified. There’s a good KB article on the fusion site that details the need to use the ISO or media creation tool to upgrade. So far I haven’t gotten this to work but I do know the error you’re seeing is a known quantity and a function of all virtualized environments, not just fusion.
