That's what happened to me. For some reason my download had paused, so no matter how many times I tried to download the installer (because I didn't realized I had one that was suspended), I wasn't able to get it done. Finally, I had some sighted help who told me the download had paused and once it was restarted all went fine. But I still don't know how I would ever have known that without sighted assistance.
