Subject: Audible members: I just found a piece of gold!

Have you ever been like me, wishing that you could strip the DRM out of your...
ahim, legally? LOL! purchased Audible books, and convert them to an mp3?

Well, for $35, now, you can. And may I add, this app is totally 100%
accessible.

Basically, what it does is, it goes through your ITunes library and finds all
audio books, be it Audible, or purchased directly from ITunes. It then gives
you a table, which by the way, you can do a keyword search if you have a lot,
you select your books, hit convert, and presto!

This thing supports Flac, Wave, mp3, M4A, and I think maybe 1 or two others for
the output formats.

It's gorgeous! I've been converting all my books to losless flac, so that I
could then play them through my Sonos wireless speaker set, as those things
support Flac. Trust me. It is beautiful!

So, the name of the app is Tunekit Audio Book Converter.

You can learn more about it from

http://www.tunekit.com

They also have an M4V converter, but I've not tried it.

The book converter does have a trial. It lets you convert the first 3 minutes
of any book of your hcoice. After that, you have to register. It's very very
very worth it though.

Their download page is at:

http://www.tunekit.com/download

and the direct link to the Book Converter DMG is:

http://www.tuneskit.com/download/AudiobookConvertforMac.dmg

They have a Windows version, but I have no clue of its accessibility, so buyer,
beware.

Chris.
