Well, guess what. I tried it and when I started to record, I could hear nothing from my iPhone speaker at all. Going in to the Screenflow extras menu and turning on record monitor from there did not help. Only one more thing to try. Use Line in to try to loop back the audio but somehow, I doubt that will work.
