I'm posting this to both lists, even though I know one of them is specifically
for Mac, because I know there are people on one that aren't on the other, and
one of you may have the answer. This is for a friend, who has a Windows 7
machine running the latest version of iTunes. He has access to window eyes,
jaws, and NVDA, although I don't know which screen reader he used when trying
to get his playlist. He says that since he upgraded to the latest version of
iTunes, he can not access his playlists that he made previously. All he gets
our generic smart playlists, but not the ones he specifically created. Does
anybody have any advice on how to get these back or get access to them or
whatever? I don't have iTunes for windows, so I cannot help.
