Call quality is excellent, it uses TDM links across the pond for the most part 
so the quality is that of your normal phone line.  They also exchange voice on 
a SIP level with some carriers as well and if you’re either on the T-Mobile 
native network over seas or one that interoperates fully you could even use 
wide band calling like you can in the states.
