Hi, In our tests, albeit not exhaustive nor extremely intricate, it was primarily the commercial AP's like Cisco, that out performed our Extremes. I'll also admit that these tests were two or so years ago, so there may have been others that surpassed the Extreme. As a home network unit, I'd still recommend it anytime.
