Hi,

The first three options are HD versions of the movie and are meant for larger
screens. The iPod, iPad, Apple TV version is meant for smaller screens
although the Apple TV does transfer well to big screen TV's. The iTunes
version will make it an m4v which is the usual format for iTunes video content.
QuickTime usually creates a .mov format movie which is usable by some video
players on non-Apple products. Also, know that there is QuickTime for Windows
for viewing this format of video content. You may also like to know that there
are direct to FaceBook and direct to YouTube features in QuickTime found under
the Share menu. You'll just need to sign into your FaceBook or YouTube account
in order that it may share directly to those accounts.

HTH.

Hi all,

I have a video I shot on my phone that I would like to export to a format that
can be viewed on a non-Apple device. I found the export option in Quicktime,
but couldn't tell which option I should choose. Can anyone tell me how to do
this?
Thanks,
Donna
