A new and strange thing has started to happen since the last upgrade. I don’t know if there is a connection, but I don’t remember it happening before. I have a login page for one of my sites on a bookmark. Another page on that site, which I can’t remember visiting recently but at some point must have, starts out the same way but then has a longer URL. Now every time I try to invoke the bookmark for the login page, I get the one with the longer name. No matter what setting I change, it still does the same thing. The only way I can get around it is to then bring back the address bar and backspace over the URL until only the part I want is left. If I don’t do it just so I’m right back where I started. I tried deleting the site from history after reading some similar support issues, but that did not work. How can I stop the madness? This is not a safari I want to go on.
